IEEE Student Day is an annual event that is held in May in one of the universities in the UAE. Different universities from all round UAE will come and compete in different categories including senior design project, common design project, web design project, community services, and engineering design project. This event started in year 2006 and was held in American University of Sharjah, 2007 in Etisalat University College, 2008 in UAE University. It will be held in American University in Dubai (AUD) in year 2009. AUD won the first place in senior design project in year 2007, and first place in senior design project in year 2008. |
