Antonis Phasouliotis was born in Limassol, Cyprus, in 1982. He received the B.Eng. degree in Computing & Communication Systems Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), Manchester, U.K. in 2005. Then he started his M.Sc. study in the University of Manchester the same year and received the M.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering in 2006.

Mr. Phasouliotis is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in communications engineering at the University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K. His research topic is Multicarrier CDMA communications with MIMO technology.

Mr. Phasouliotis became the IEEE student member in February 2007. He was nominated as the membership coordinator of IEEE student branch in July 2007.
