RECENT NEWS FLASH!  On March 12, industry pioneer and visionary Serge Leef agreed to give a keynote address. Serge Leef is General Manager of the System Level Engineering Division at Mentor Graphics and has overseen/organized the development of many industry leading system level design tools such as market leader Seamless (r) Co-Verification Environment (CVE). IFIP VLSI-SoC is excited to have Serge Leef plan to speak at the conference.

VLSI-SoC 2007 is the 15th in a series of international conferences sponsored by IFIP TC 10 Working Group 10.5 (VLSI) that explores the state-of-the-art and the new developments in the field of Very Large Scale Integration Systems and their designs. The purpose of the Conference is to provide a forum to exchange ideas and to show industrial and research results in the fields of VLSI/ULSI Systems, Integrated Intelligent Systems and Microelectronics Design and Verification.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

  • New Devices and MEMS
  • Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal IC Design
  • Physical Design
  • Deep Submicron Design and Modeling Issues

The proceedings will be distributed during the conference and the best papers will be invited to have an extended version published as chapters of a book.
