IEEE Potentials Magazine

The Potentials Magazine is soliciting manuscripts for all aspects of electrical/electronic/computer engineering and computer science. This magazine goes to all student members of the IEEE and USA and Canada, presently about 45,000.

The articles are addressed to the undergraduate student and have several objectives; interesting the student in a topic for further study, explaining technological advances in an area, and providing a forum for technical ideas.
