Chalmers University of Technology is one of the largest technical universities in Sweden. It has more than 2000 employees. The total student count at the University is around 8000.

Research and Education in electronics production both towards academic students and industry are conducted in the Division of Electronics Production, Department of Production Technology, School of Mechanical and Vehicular Engineering. The research activities are physically carried out in the IVF building together with the IVF Division for Electronics Packaging. Chalmers University of Technology is also the home for the National Graduate School in Electronics Production in Sweden.

To strengthen the research team, we are looking for the following candidates:

Assistant professor in *Thermal simulation and modelling and cooling behaviour for electronics packaging.

Post Doc / guest researchers in

* Polymer characterization and systhesis

* Modelling of solder joint fatique in corrosive environment

* Electrical simulation and modelling at DC and high frequency in electronics packaging.

Ph.D students in

* Electrical and mechanical degradation of conductive adhesives

* FEM simulation of electronics packages

*Physical principles and mechanisms of microwave cure of conductive adhesives
