Technical Committee Chair Meet at ECTC

Taking advantage of the many CPMT members at ECTC, Technical Vice President Phil Garrou held a meeting of the Technical Committee Chairs. Here strategic and tactical actions were compared in order to energize the TCs which are the foundation of our Society.
