ECTC Luncheon
The Electronic Components and Technology Conference
will sponsor on Wednesday, May 30th, for conference
attendees and guests.

CPMT Luncheon
The Components, Packaging and Manufacturing
Technology Society of IEEE will sponsor a luncheon for
attendees and guests on Thursday, May 31st. The ECTC
awards will be presented.

Program Chair Luncheon
On Friday, June 1st, the Program Chairman will sponsor
a luncheon for attendess and guests.

Hotel Accommodations
The Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa is located on 27
acres within the Walt Disney World Resort. Overlooking
the Magic Kingdom Park, MGM Studios and Disney’s
Animal Kingdom Theme Park are over 1000 rooms and
suites which feature private balconies or patios, in-room
mini-bar, speaker phones with voice mail, high-speed
internet access and all the other amenities to make you
comfortable during your stay. The hotel also features a
European-style spa with full-service beauty salon, fitness

Room reservations must be made directly with
the hotel by April 29, 2001 to ensure special conven-tion
rates. The ECTC special conference rate is $150 for
single/double, $190 Crown Level, $210 One Bedroom
Island Suite and $360 for Two Bedroom Island Suite.
(Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00
AM). A one night’s deposit is due by each attendee at
the time of making their reservation. Reservations will
NOT be held after 30 days without a deposit.
Reservations must be cancelled three (3) days or 72
hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Most
