All the technical sessions and social events will be held at Purdue Memorial Union (next door to Union Club) and Stuart Center (opposite to Union Club). If you are arriving on Sunday: Your first choice is Union Club Hotel. Your 2nd choice is Univerisity Plaza (2 miles from Union Club, hotel shuttle will drop you in the morning at Union Club and pick you in the evening from Union Club). Your 3rd choice is Best Western (4 or 5 miles from Union Club, hotel shuttle will drop you in the morning at Union Club and pick you in the evening from Union Club). If you are arriving on Saturday: Your 1st choice is Best Western (4 or 5 miles from Union Club, hotel shuttle will drop you in the morning at Union Club and pick you in the evening from Union Club). Your second choice is any one of Baymont, Lafayette INN or Candlewood suites (6 miles from Union Club, theses three hotels are close to each other, like Baymont and Candle wood are next door). Purdue Conference division will arrange a shuttle for pick-up and drop depending upon number of people staying there. Otherwise, taxi is needed. Please note that West Lafayette is a small, University town and the city bus is free and the distance max is 6 miles, so, we hope you all will have a good stay.
