Nominations to the Whitehead Memorial Lecture should include curriculum vitae. Nominations to the CEIDP Board should include a brief statement of qualifications. All nominations must be submitted to Vijendra Agarwal (agarwal.vije@uwlax.edu) by August 15, 2007 in order to receive full consideration.
