All Conference attendees must register for the Conference. You may preregister online for the Conference on the Conference Registration or by submitting the registration form provided below. Preregistration is encouraged but not required. A registration desk will be available at the Conference. For on line conference registration goes to the web site:

Full Registration
Payment received on or before September 15, 2007: US $550; after September 15, 2007: US $600
Reduced Registration*
Payment received on or before September 15, 2007: US $350; after September 15, 2007: US $400
*Reduced registration is offered to students, IEEE life members, persons retired and not gainfully employed, and persons currently unemployed.
Registration Fees include: One copy of the proceedings with CD-ROM, coffee breaks, reception, and admission to banquet.
Refund Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable after 15 September, 2007. There is a $75 service fee on all cancellations prior to 15 September 2007.
Authors are required to pay a publication deposit of $200 for EACH paper up to 2 papers or the registration fee of $550.00. Payment of the deposit is necessary for uploading papers. The publication deposit is credited to the Conference Registration fee, with the balance of the registration fee due by 15 September, 2007. The publication deposit is nonrefundable.
