Banquet ticket:  $80.00 Extra CD-ROM containing conference papers:  $ 100.00 *Reduced registration is offered to students, IEEE life members, persons retired and not gainfully employed, and persons currently unemployed. Registration Fees include: One copy of the proceedings with CD-ROM, coffee breaks, reception, and admission to banquet. Refund Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable after 15 September, 2009. There will be a service fee on all cancellations. Authors are required to pay a publication deposit of $250 for EACH paper, up to 2 papers or the registration fee. Payment of the deposit is necessary for uploading papers. The publication deposit is credited to the Conference Registration fee, with the balance of the registration fee due by 15 September, 2009. The publication deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing by Sept. 15, 2009. A $75 administrative fee will be applicable.
