CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAW COMMITTEE

This Committee shall be responsible for the preparation of Constitutional Amendments and changes to the Bylaws for Administrative Committee action, when such amendments or changes either appear necessary or are so directed by the Administrative Committee. The Committee is also responsible for examining society actions to determine whether these are in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Society and with the Constitution and Bylaws of IEEE.
