NOMINATING COMMITTEE

 Duties of the Committee

The Nominating Committee consists of a chair and four or more members of the Society, not more than half of whom may be members of the Administrative Committee. The Junior Past President shall serve as the committee chair, and one of the other committee members shall be designated as the committee secretary.

The Nominating Committee submits the names of nominees for President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and for member-at-large of the Administrative Committee.
