Thank you for a successful conference!

Sincere thanks to Conference volunteers, paper authors and presenters, tutorial speakers, and sponsors for a very successful technical conference. Over 250 participants from 31 countries saw some 131 technical presentations or attended some of the twelve tutorials offered. Welcome in particular to the 40% of attendees, students or seasoned professionals, coming to the IAS Annual Meeting for the first time! Our wish is to make this conference the go-to place for the practicing engineer, manager, and educator in the application of electrical engineering to industry, from industrial and commercial systems, to applications of light and electrostatic processes, to mining, metal fabrication, or industrial automation...

Many thanks as well to the staff of the Hyatt Regency Houston, Courtesy Associates, Badgeguys, Technical Program Coordinator, and key IEEE staff, for a welcome to Houston and for a smooth event.

We hope to see you next year, in Orlando, Florida, October 7-13, 2011. Refer to the conference website as the program develops (www.ieee.org/ias2011).

In the meantime, you can still browse the 2010 Annual Meeting website. If you registered for the tutorials, the presentations can be emailed to you upon request. Additional conference CDs and tutorial materials are available for sale. CDs for $100 each and tutorial material for $300. Contact Ms. Lynda Bernstein at: l.m.bernstein@ieee.org.

Finally, we selected a few pictures from the conference: Enjoy!
