IAS Regional Speaker Program

The IAS Regional Speaker (RS) Program is administered through the Chapters & Membership Department. This program is intended to provide IAS Chapters with access to knowledgeable speakers outside their Sections for IAS chapter technical meetings. No formal selection process exists for regional speakers.

The Chapter shall coordinate arrangements for a Regional Speaker with their Area Chair. The Society provides reimbursement directly to the speaker up to $450 per speaking engagement to cover travel. The Chapter is responsible for covering local expenses, if any.
