Chicago Electrical Code

 

Presenter:        Dan Caddigan, Chief Engineer, Midwest Interstate Electrical Construction Company

 

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

 

 

Dan is a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois. For the last twenty years, Dan has been teaching electrical code courses for Index Publishing and the Electric Association for the last ten years.  Dan was an Electrical Inspector in the City of Chicago for six years and Supervisor of Electrical Inspectors for one year.  Dan worked extensively on the Electrical Code Working Group which proposed the 2000 Chicago Electrical Code.

 

 

ABOUT THE TOPIC

 

Presentation will cover what’s new in the Chicago Electrical Code and the major differences between the 2008 NEC and the present Chicago Electrical Code.  Any topics which someone would like to see covered can be emailed to djc@miecc.net before
