There are two parts of the registration and two ways to register.

The two parts of the registration are:

Part One: Main Registration:

  • The Conference's full registration includes: Technical Sessions, Conference Reception, Conference Social Dinner at the Silvertip Resort, Award Luncheon and the Conference Record CDs.
  • If you are an IEEE Member and an IAS Member you save on Registration Fees. If you are not a member, we encourage you to become a member and apply your savings towards this year's membership. Your membership will allow you to gain valuable technical knowledge and networking advantages.
  • Student and Life Members Registration includes: Technical Sessions and the Conference CD
  • One day Registration includes: Technical Sessions for the subject day.
  • A Conference's registrant is entitled to register a Spouse/Companion as a guest at no extra charge. On Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday of the Conference duration, a registered guest is entitled to access the Guest Room (Atrium), where a complementary breakfast and coffee is served. Registration for Spouse/Companion Tours is in Part Two below.

Part Two: Tutorial/Activities/Additional Items:

  • Tutorial Only Registration is permitted. We encourage those who are only interested in the tutorials to try to attend the full Conference. The learning process via attending the technical sessions and discussions of different issues during the technical meeting is very valuable.
  • Conference Technical Tour is offered only for Conference Registrants and Conference Registered Volunteers
  • There is limited space for both tutorials and technical tours (first come first served basis)
  • For a full day Tutorial or a Technical Tour, a light lunch will be provided for registrants
  • Spouse/Companion Tours/Activity (See Spouspitality for Complete Details). The Super Tuesday registration includes transportation from the hotel to Banff, tours in Banff including Gondola ride, lunch in Banff, Transportation to the Silvertip Resort for the Social Dinner
  • Items listed under additional items are included with a full registration. They are offered separately, so one-day registrants and registrants who wish to acquire an additional copy of the CD or invite a guest to the Award Luncheon or the Social Dinner can purchase such options

The Full Remittance = Part 1 + Part 2 of the Registration
