Procedure for getting CAS Society's approval for co-sponsorship of the conference:

Step 1: When you decide to organize a conference which requires CAS Society's co-sponsorship, please get in touch with the VP Conferences immediately about your intentions.
Step 2: You will be required by the VP Conferences to complete the Technical Meeting Request Form listed below (both Part A & B). This form needs to be completed with great care. This will greatly facilitate speeding up of the approval process. The VP-Conferences normally requires a minimum of six months lead time between the submission of TMRF/budget and the actual conference/workshop dates.

Step 3: A decision will normally be provided within 30 days after all the requirements are met.
Step 4: The conference division approval will be communicated to IEEE Conference Services - Technical Activities Division
