From the final manuscript formatted as instructed above, authors must
generate the electronic version in PDF format using ONLY this
web tool Please don't try to submit PDF generated
with your own tools. For your convenience, the confirmation page of the final submission contains a link directly to the IEEE copyright web server where you will be able to fill out the copyright form. Our system will receive confirmation that the form has been completed. NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE COPYRIGHT FORM. Fill in and sign the author's registration form and pay the registration
fee. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. For payment by bank transfer, you must add the US$ 25 processing fee charged by all banks. NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR'S REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT. Remember that your paper cannot be included in the proceedings without the signed IEEE copyright transfer form, author's registration and payment, and the presenter's bio.
