For your convenience, the status of the publication material for each accepted paper received and processed by the CIMSA conference secretariat is shown here.

If in the third column (OK) you find YES we have all documents needed to publish your paper. If you find NO it means that:
  • You have not submitted the final version of the paper,
    if Final column has not the Y
  • The final version is not valid or we have not yet checked it,
    if Valid column has not the Y
  • You have not submitted the Copy right,
    if @ column has not the Y
  • You have not submitted the registration form,
    if Registered column has not the Y
  • We have not yet received your payment,
    if Payment received column has not the Y
