IEEE has passed a special agreement with the Hilton Sorrento Palace Hotel and has entitled MCM Congressi to deal with the Hotel reservations for IMTC delegates. Please note that the deadline for early reservation and to benefit from special rates (March 10th, 2006) is expired. However MCM Congressi will try to help and find an accommodation at the Hilton Sorrento Palace or at other Hotels of lower category.

Upon confirmation of reservation a deposit equivalent to one night’s hotel accommodation + € 15,00 as booking fee will be required. The balance of the hotel account must be settled by guests on departure. The invoice for the total amount paid will be issued by the hotel.
Cancellations and refund: the hotel deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by MCM Congressi not later than MARCH 20, 2006. No refund will be paid for cancellation received after that date. In case of no-show the full amount of the hotel stay will be charged.
