The IEEE-NPSS Plasma Science and Applications Committee (PSAC) has sponsored the International Conference on Plasma Science (ICOPS) annually since 1974. This ICOPS Archive stores financial and other information about past ICOPS, primarily as a guide for future conferences. ICOPS information also is available in the minutes of past PSAC Executive Committee meetings.
At present, we have archival material for the following years. Note that several contracts that include proprietary financial information are included. Do not release them to others.
Additionally, financial data for the years 1987 - 1997 is available as a single Excel workbook, compiled in 1998. The 1994 data it contains probably is a preconference projection.
To summarize what we hope will be a massive amount of information, a Historical Summary of ICOPS Metrics has been complied as an Excel workbook. Although it is far from complete, it contains all the information to which we currently have access.
Please contribute to the ICOPS Archive by providing budget spreadsheets, conference reports, IEEE financial submissions, publications, promotional material, and web pages (preferably in PDF format). Even single entries for the Historical Summary of ICOPS Metrics are welcome. Please submit whatever you have to Steve Gold, who will upload it to the folder for the year of the conference. Thank you.
