NPSS Education Activities The NPSS has many educational activities. Students received discounted IEEE and NPSS membership and discounted registration fees at all NPSS conferences. Several student and young investigator awards are offered each year. Short courses are conducted at many of the NPSS sponsored conferences. Refer to the conference web sites for short course programs. The Paul Phelps Continuing Education Award provides travel grants for students to attend these short courses are available.
