IPCC 2008 Conference Registration

 

Online Registration System for IPCC 2008

 
You can pay to register online using your credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Diner’s Club Card) or Purchase Order.
 
All registration and additional IPCC 2008-related fees are in U.S. dollars (USD). Please note that the online registration system is hosted by Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas USA (a new window outside of the PCS Web Site will open this system for your use).
 
Upon completion of online conference registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant and a receipt for registration will later be mailed to the registrant at the address entered into the online registration form. 
 
o     to register for the conference (one-day registration or entire conference registration),
o     for the conference’s awards banquet (to take place on the evening of Tuesday, 15 July 2008),
o     or for the CEU track at the conference
 
You may register for multiple items (e.g., one day registration and the awards banquet) at the same time, and the final registration receipt will list the total cost (registration fee + award banquet fee) as well as the individual costs of each item.

If you register by mail or fax you will receive a confirmation of registration e-mail upon the receipt of their registration form, and a receipt for conference registration will also be mailed to the address listed on the completed registration form.

 On-Site Registration

On-site (walk in) registration can be done any time that the IPCC 2008 registration desk is open, and individuals can register for the entire conference, one day of the conference, or the conference banquet through on-site registration.

Payment for on-site registration can be done via credit card (MasterCard or Visa), check, or cash.

For payment via check, the check must be made in US funds and be made payable to "IPCC 2008."

For cash payments, only US currency is accepted, and only exact amounts are accepted.  Should individuals need to make change or convert money to US funds, there are a number of banks within a walking distance of Concordia University, and IPCC personnel will be happy to direct prospective IPCC 2008 registrants to the nearest bank.
