Saratoga Springs is conveniently located within a 3 hour drive of Boston, Montreal, New York City, and Syracuse NY. There is no additional charge to park at the hotel.

Airport Shuttle: An airport shuttle has been arranged for Sunday, October 22 and Wednesday, October 25. The cost is $25 each way. Reservations MUST be made in advance. Please email b.w.moeller@ieee.org to make reservations. The fee is payable directly to the conference by cash, check, or credit card.
Amtrak service is available directly into Saratoga Springs daily from New York City and Montreal. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the Amtrak station. Advance reservations are requested.
