Promotional Opportunities Available for IPCC 2006
This is a chance to put your organization or institution in front of the technical communication practioners and academics who attend IPCC 2006. All promotional partners receive the following:
- Place one brochure or promotional item in attendee bags
- One 8' table for display for the day of your promotional event
Your organization name will be added to this page of website once payment has been received. Promotional Opportunity Deadlines are October 1 unless otherwise noted.
Promotion Levels
Break Support ($500) -- Includes all of the above plus your name in the program for the break you are supporting. Five timeslots available (Monday morning or afternoon, Tuesday morning, or Wednesday morning or afternoon).

Thank you to IPCC 2007 for supporing the Tuesday afternoon break.Breakfast or Reception Support ($750) -- Includes all of the above plus your name in the program for the breakfast you are support and you can leave brochure or promotional items on the registration table throughout the conference. Four timeslots remain (morning, Monday and Wednesday or Sunday/Monday evening).
Thank you to the Department of Language, Literature & Communication at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for supporting the Tuesday morning breakfast.
Lunch Support($1500) -- Includes all of the above plus your name in the program for the lunch, materials on the registration table throughout the conference, and a sign/banner at the lunch. Two timeslots available (Monday or Tuesday).
Thank you to the IEEE Schenectady Section for supporing the Tuesday lunch.
Tote Bag Support ($2000) -- Includes all of the above plus your name in the program as a major promotion partner, materials on the registration table, and your name/logo on all tote bags given to attendees. Due to production time for the conference tote bags, the deadline for this promotional opportunity is September 15.

Proceedings Support ($2000) -- Includes all of the above plus your name in the program as a major promotion partner, materials on the registration table, and your name/logo on all copies of the proceedings.

Banquet Support ($3000) -- Support our Awards Banquet at the Saratoga Automobile Museum. Includes all of the above plus your name in the program for the banquet and as a major promotion partner, materials on the registration table throughout the conference, a sign/banner at the banquet, mention at the opening plenary session, mention at the banquet, and a display table throughout the conference.
