I apologize for the delay in getting this month's newsletter out; chaos theory is being tested in my house at the moment...
We are making progress on the transition to a new format and style for the newsletter, but still have a few bugs to work out.
Check out Judy Herr's article about proposal writing. Many of you have expressed a desire for more of this kind of information, so I hope it's helpful to you.
