The Power Electronics Society Administrative Committee (AdCom) comprises eighteen elected society members (the "Members At Large"), the elected President, and two Vice-Presidents. The Treasurer, Regional Liaisons, Standing Committee Chairs, and Technical Committee Chairs, are appointed by the PELS President with the advice and consent of the AdCom, and are ex-officio members of the AdCom with vote. The voting AdCom members also include the two most recent Past Presidents, the Editor of the Transactions, the Editor of the Newsletter, and two representatives of the Telecommunications Energy Technical Sub-Group.

The Society Administrator, Chapter chairs, subcommittee chairs, representatives, other Past Presidents, and special appointees are non-voting members of the AdCom.
