Beginning with the January 2000 issue, the PELS Newsletters is available in only one format:
Due to delays caused by printing and postal delivery, the PELS Newsletter is often posted on the PELS WWW site several weeks before the printed version reaches PELS members. PELS is working hard to reduce these delays.
To eliminate these delays completely, add your e-mail address to the PELS Mailing List to receive same day notification when the PELS Newsletter is posted to the PELS WWW site. Additionally, the email notification sometimes includes timely announcements that are not in the printed newsletter. Email notification is a free optional service that does not stop delivery of printed issues. It is quick, free, and spamless; the list administrators are the only persons who can send email to subscribers. Your email address is the only information required to subscribe, and it will not be used for any other purpose.
