Stan sent a message on the prices and payment procedures to PES members.

2. NEC Code Class Logistics Planning
Mike contacted CTS for IEEE membership brochures. They will be provided before the meeting. |
Mike to check with Gilbert at JTAC on the availability of support items like PA system, coffee pot, coffee, etc., when vendors can start setting up, and if we can leave things in place overnight.
Stan to refine the NEC class name tag plan
James to send a message to ExComm members on the items he will bring and what is still needed. |
3. NEC Update Class Sponsors
Stan sent a message to remaining potential sponsors. |
Stan to keep all ExComm members informed on the status of sponsor payments and any help he needs with contacting potential sponsors. |

5. NEC Publications
Stan sent a message on publication prices and payment procedures to PES members
Catalina updated information on the Website with payment instructions. |
Stan to send a final message reminding PES members that publication quantities are limited and to order their books promptly. |
| 6. NEC Code Class Payments |
ChapComm members to hold all receipts for supplies they purchased and give to Bobby at Friday’s class. |
7. Future meetings
ChapComm members agreed to schedule special ChapComm meetings on January 22 and 29 and February 5 and 19 at TxDot. The regular monthly ChapComm meeting, scheduled for February 12 and all future meetings will be at TxDot. |
James to arrange for meeting locations at TxDOT for the rest of the year. |
