Mike checked with Gilbert at JTAC on the availability of support items. PA system and coffee pots were not available. The facility will be available for set up Thursday PM which may be left through Friday.

ChapComm members agreed to hold all receipts for supplies they purchased and give to Bobby at Friday’s class |

7. Future meetings
ChapComm members agreed to schedule special ChapComm meetings on February 5 and 19 at TxDot. The regular monthly ChapComm meeting, scheduled for February 12. James has reserved a room for these meetings and all meetings except November. |
