1. NEC Code Class Logistics Planning
Stan has explored several alternatives for name badges.
James reported that we are too late to put the class inthe Austin Construction News but that they will post our future meetings if we send them the meeting information. |
Stan to continue to refine the NEC class name tag plan
Stan to send out a final general message to all PES members |
2. NEC Update Class Sponsors
The ExComm decided that representatives of sponsors may it in the class but do not get a book or a certificate without paying the fee.
The ExComm decided that the deadline for sponsor commitment is February 15. |
All ExComm members to let Stan know who they have contacted, who confirmed, and who have paid
Stan to keep all ExComm members informed on the status of sponsor payments and any help he needs with contacting potential sponsors |
3. Setup and Check in Teams.
Stacy, Rheuben, Mike, James, Walter, and Bobby for Thursday evening. Bobby, James, Mike, Don and Rheuben for check in Friday morning. |

4. NEC Publications
Mike reported that Gilbert has 24 handbooks and 6 code books left. There is no cut-off date for ordering NEC materials as of yet and the price has not changed. Gilbert said that orders after this point in time may not be available until after Feb 14. |
Stan to send a final message reminding PES members that publication quantities are limited and other details. |
5. Next meetings
The regular February monthly ChapComm meeting, scheduled for February 12, will include items left over from the January 8 meeting and there will be one more code class meeting on February 19, both at TxDot.
