Action Before Next Meeting

1. NEC Code Class Logistics Planning
Stan sent out the final message to chapter members
Stacy ordered the books and will order more after class if needed.
Stacy sent all members our tax number.
Stan discussed sales tax with Hill Country who reported that the state requires sales tax be collected on our transactions with them.
James will provide final count to Green Mesquite on Friday.
Bobby to request an IEEE check for Green Mesquite.

Stacy to contact Kenny Rice to get more information on what CTS expects in processing tax exempt transactions
All to prepare to discuss results.

 

 
2. NEC Update Class Sponsors.
Sponsor lists have been circulated with information on payments.
Mike will prepare the logo slide.
Stan and ChapComm will set up displays and arrange furniture.

3. NEC Publications
Sales have finished and books have been ordered so chapter members will have to go directly to Gilbert for additional copies.

4. Next meetings
The next regular meeting was scheduled for March 11 followed by meetings the second Tuesday of each month for the rest of the year. The meetings will be at TxDot unless we are notified otherwise.
