1. NEC Code Class Results There are still some code book to distribute, sell, or auction and pending receipts and payments.	Mike to resolve issues with NEC material Bobby to finalize the financial report and send to ChapComm members in the next two months after transactions are complete
2. 2008 General Meeting Schedule Stacy has tentative and confirmed programs lined up through January 2009 except for October.	Stacy to finalize the 2008 meeting information and forward to Catalina to post on Website schedules Stacy to provide speaker topic and bio information on remaining 2008 and 2009 confirmed speakers to Catalina for the announcements and home page
3. Website Catalina updated the Website and added her photo.	Catalina to change Website logos and titles to Power and Energy Society and continue to update other Webpages and Don to provide help
4. Future education events ChapComm Members continued discussing the possibility of having an education program each year perhaps in April or early May.	Mike and Stacy to continue to explore education program alternatives for 2009 or 2010 before the next NEC update class in 2011
5. Local cash box Kenny Rice advised Stacy that our maintaining a cash box requires formal procedures and CTS approval.	Stacy and Bobby to work with Kenny to get CTS ExComm approval and necessary accounting procedures in place.
6. Attendance at the PES general meeting July 20-24. Rheuben has a conflict and cannot attend this year. The ChapComm approved his attendance in 2009. Mike will represent PES Austin at the meeting.	Completed
7. Name tags Catalina to post the new menu on the Website. Don provided all ChapComm members a copy of the new menu to facilitate identifying meals on nametags, but the logo needs to be updated.	Stan to try his new nametag procedures at the June meeting James to print a large menu for the meeting entrance poster
8. L-31 Reports Rheuben volunteered the help Stacy with the L-31 reports.	Stacy to teach Rheuben the L-31 software.
9. 2009 nominations The ChapComm members began discussing possible nominations for the 2009 Chapter Committee	ChapComm members to prepare for further nomination discussions at the next meeting
10. Next meetings The next regular ChapComm meeting is scheduled for July 8 and the second Tuesday of each month for the rest of 2008 at TxDot unless the chapter membership is notified otherwise.
