1. NEC Code Class Results There are still some code books to distribute, sell, or auction and pending receipts and payments.	Mike and Stacy to resolve issues with NEC material Bobby to finalize the financial report and send to ChapComm members after transactions are completed
2. 2008 General Meeting Schedule Stacy has tentative and confirmed programs lined up through January 2009.	Stacy to finalize the 2008 meeting information and forward to Catalina to post on Website schedules Stacy to provide speaker topic and bio information on remaining 2008 and 2009 confirmed speakers to Catalina for the announcements and home page
3. Website Catalina changed Website logos and titles to Power and Energy Society and updated other Webpages; Don provided help	Completed
4. Future education events ChapComm Members continued discussing the possibility of having an education program each year perhaps in April or early May.	Mike and Stacy to continue to explore education program alternatives for 2009 or 2010 before the next NEC update class in 2011
5. Local cash box Bobby discussed the cash box with Kenny Rice and deter-mined that we can keep $300 to $500 cash with proper receipts.	Stacy and Bobby to discuss details with Kenny at the fall CTS officers meeting in San Marcos
6. PDH certification Members discussed indications from a recent email from CTS that PDH hour certification will become stricter in the future.	Mike to send a copy of the message to all ChapComm members for discussion at the next meeting.
7. Name tags Stan used his new nametag procedures at the June meeting with great success. All congratulated him. James printed a large menu for the meeting entrance poster	Completed
8. L-31 Reports Rheuben volunteered the help Stacy with the L-31 reports.	Stacy to teach Rheuben the L-31 software.
9. 2009 nomination candidates Tentative nominees are: Chapter Committee Chair: Rheuben Hair Vice Chair: Bobby Speer Secretary: Stan Friend Treasurer: Don Drumtra	ChapComm members to continue to search for nominations for Member-at-Large and Webmaster
10. Next meetings: The next regular ChapComm meeting is scheduled for August 12 and the second Tuesday of each month for the rest of 2008 at TxDot unless the chapter membership is notified otherwise.
