Agenda Item and Completed Action	Action Before Next Meeting
1. NEC Code Class Results All NEC books are sold and Stan and Mike closed out the Hill Country accounts and gave the final check to Bobby	Bobby to finalize the financial report on the code class and send to ChapComm members.
2. 2008 General Meeting Stacy has confirmed all meetings for 2008. ChapComm members were exploring Christmas options and working on presenters for next year.	Walter to send nomination list to Catalina for posting. Stacy to send December 2 tour information to Catalina for posting. Walter to conduct elections at the October meeting and send results to Catalina for posting. Catalina to post a meeting date schedule for 2009. Don to coordinate with CTS on volunteer socials.
3. Future education events ChapComm Members decided to have a program dedicated to the Intnl. Building Code sometime in March April or May.	To be explored in conjunction with the monthly meeting schedule for 2009. Completed
4. L-31 Reports Rheuben and Stacy have been working together on the L-31 reports. Rheuben will assume responsibility for 2009.	Completed
5. Awards Mike reported that the Awards Committee continues to meet.	Mike to provide a status report at the next meeting
6. Email list. Stan, Stacy, and Mike are exploring separating the email list into member and non-member lists to speed processing.	Stan, Stacy, and Mike to report progress at the next meeting.
7. Next meetings: The next regular ChapComm meeting is scheduled for November 11 and the second Tuesday of each month for December and 2009. The November meeting will be at a location to be announced. Other meetings will be at TxDot unless the chapter membership is notified otherwise.
