The ChapComm did not accept the resignation; Stan remains secretary until the end of his 2008 term. |

| 2. Next meetings: The next regular ChapComm meeting is scheduled for November 11 and the second Tuesday of each month for December and 2009. The November meeting will be at a location to be announced. Other meetings will be at TxDot unless the chapter membership is notified otherwise.
