1. Financial Status
Bobby provided an up to date accounting of all funds for 2008. |
Bobby to send the final accounting to CTS after the final bills for 2008 have been paid and in preparation for transition to the new Treasurer

2. 2009 General Meetings
Rheuben and Stacy are working January meeting and have leads for other meetings. The theme for 2009 is Power Equipment.
Mike is exploring how to best prepare name badges in 2009. Stacy has holders.
James has located a paper cutter.

Stacy sent the 2009 budget to CTS. |

| 7. Next meetings. The next regular ChapComm meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, and the second Tuesday of each month in 2009. The November meeting will be at a location to be announced. Other meetings will be at TxDot unless the chapter membership is notified otherwise. |
