Agenda Item and Completed Action	Action Before Next Meeting
1. Financial Status Bobby sent final accounting to CTS and gave. $321.54 and records to Don.	Don to work with the CTS to determine the limitations on our budget and notify other ChapComm members.
2. 2009 General Meetings Stacy has completed all L31 reports for 2008. The ChapComm assigned a member responsibility for each month; see chart. Catalina partially transitioned Website to 2009. Mike is exploring how to best prepare name badges in 2009. Stacy has holders. ChapComm approved purchase of printer and paper cutter. Mike recommended purchasing a spare projector bulb. Don noted that there is no money in the budget for it.	Mike to submit 2009 L 31 reports Stacy, Mike, Roy, and Rheuben to confirm provide BIO and abstract information to ChapComm Don to help Catalina with Don’s help) complete transition of Website to 2009. Mike and James to prepare for the January meeting registration and poster; Mike to provide PES gavel to Stacy for transfer of leadership
3. Awards Walter reported the committee is still working.	Walter to provide a status report at the next meeting
4. Email Mike talked with CTS and is currently using the best option.	Mike to get SAMMIE access for email to members.
5. Elections and vacant Secretary position Stacy notified CTS that Mike was interim Secretary. All new officers have assumed their duties; the official passing of the gavel will be at the January meeting.	ChapComm members to continue to look for a Secretary for 2009
6. Budget for 2009 Stacy sent the 2009 budget to CTS.	Don to discuss with CTS Treasurer and notify ChapComm of results
7. CTS Officers Meeting, San Marcos Rheuben, James, and possibly Mike are going. Don suggested they pay close attention to the CTS financial presentation.	Rheuben, James, and Mike go and do good.
Next meetings. The next regular ChapComm meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, and the second Tuesday of each month in 2009. The November meeting will be at a location to be announced. Other meetings will be at TxDot unless the chapter membership is notified otherwise.
