The bar will be available to those who care to purchase
a drink or beer. In fact, there is a service window, so
we don't even have to leave the party room. The menu
will be a choice of eight meals; selection will be done
at time of ordering. The meal includes tea or coffee, and
dessert. |

Michael McCluskey, P.E. of Austin Energy |

| Bio: |
Michael McCluskey is Senior Vice President of Wholesale
and Retail Markets for Austin Energy, the community-owned
electric utility of the City of Austin, Texas. As Senior
Vice President, his responsibilities cover a wide range
of competitive activities including; key-customer account
services, product and services marketing, market research,
fuel purchases, power sales and purchases, and real-time
energy operations. Mr. McCluskey directed the creation
of the Utility's Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE)
and also developed and implemented Austin Energy's
financial risk management program to control costs of
the utility's fuel and purchased power.
Mr. McCluskey is a Professional Engineer in the State
of Texas. He received System Operator Certifications
from the Electric Reliability Council of Texas in November
1977, and the North American Electric Reliability Committee
in November 1988. He has a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas
at Austin. He frequently speaks before industry and customer
groups on matters affecting the operational and financial
aspects of the deregulated electric industry in Texas. |

the restaurant, turn left at the cashier’s counter
