Dinner is free for full-time students
$12 or $20 for IEEE members and accompanying spouses
$15 or $23 for non-IEEE members

   
Menu:

The bar will be available to those who care to purchase a drink or beer. In fact, there is a service window, so we don't even have to leave the party room. When you order, you will have a choice from seven special selections and five traditional combinations on our menu. All meals include coffee or tea and special selections include soft drinks.

Speaker: CWO3 Michael Hudson USCG Naval Engineer (ret)

Entered military service July 1971 and served aboard numerous Coast Guard vessels within the engineering department.
Advanced through the ranks to Chief Petty Office in 11 short years. During that time served as Engineering office on two separate Patrol Craft, Technical instructor at the Naval engineering school in Yorktown Virginia, with the Internal combustion engine branch.
Promoted to Chief Warrant Office (W2) in 1989, and was assigned as the Officer In Charge to commission a newly established Engineering Support Unit in Key West Florida. Received the Coast Guard Achievement Medal for his efforts. Directed 25 Mechanical and Electrical technicians in the maintenance of U.S. Coast Guard Vessels.
Final assignment was the Engineer Officer aboard USCGC MOBILE BAY, a 260’ Tug/Barge in the Great Lakes
After retirement from the service in 1995, Established “Sea Service Marine” in south Florida. A full service mobile marine company specializing in engine and electrical system installations and repairs. 2001 sold the company and accepted a position with Mase Generators of North America as the Technical Services Manager for all of the Americas. Mase Generators is an Italian generator manufacturer of marine and industrial generators. Received accreditation as an ABCY certified Marine Electrician.
Currently working as the industrial sales and technical support for Reverso Pumps and Separ of the Americas providing solutions to Engine and generator manufacturers having fuel related reliability issues, dealing with long term storage and the introduction of
Bio-Diesel into the fuel supply.

  From I-35: Exit at Oltorf and drive west. At S. Congress, turn left (south). El Gallo is about 500 feet past the next traffic light (Cumberland), on the right (west) side of Congress, directly across from the entrance to St. Edward’s University.
   
  From Ben White Blvd. (US 290/SH 71): Exit at S. Congress Avenue and drive north. El Gallo is about 600 feet past the next traffic light (Woodward), on the left (west) side of Congress directly across from the entrance to St. Edward’s University.
