Speaker:

TECO-Westinghouse is a heavy industrial manufacturing facility in Round Rock. Our core products include AC and DC motors and generators with capabilities from 1/4 HP to 100,000 HP. We also provide low voltage and medium voltage variable frequency drives, spare parts and motor repair services. Most recently, TWMC has entered the wind energy market with a wind generator design and is also manufacturing 2.5 2.0 MW wind turbine nacelles and hubs in Round Rock. These 110 100 ton mini-power plants are assembled in one manufacturing aisle and mobilized with remote controlled electric carts. We invite the IEEE Power and Energy Society to come visit our factory to see what we do and the amazing products we design and manufacture.
