The plant is asking for a list of attendees, so please RSVP to Mike Noth, Mike.Noth@lcra.org, by Monday, November 30, 2009 so he can get the RSVP list together and passed on to plant personnel.

   
Notes: - Pants are required; shorts are not allowed.
- Closed toe leather shoes are required; tennis shoes are not allowed. If you - have work boots, that would be best.
- Hard hats and safety glasses are required. The plant has a limited supply for tour use, so please bring your own if you have them.
- Participants must be 10 years old or older; children under 10 years of age are not allowed.
- Expect about ¼ mile of walking, the plant is not spread out too much.

Parking: There is a parking lot at the power plant.
 
Directions:

From Austin, take I-35 South past San Marcos to exit 196 (FM-1102 or Old Bastrop Rd). Cross over I-35 and go north-east on Old Bastrop Rd (CR 266).

From San Antonio, Take I-35 North past New Braunfels to exit 196 (FM-1102 or Old Bastrop Rd). Go north-east on Old Bastrop Rd (CR 266).

Stay on CR266 for approx. 2.5 mi.

Take a right turn on Francis Harris Ln (CR265). You will see the plant on your left hand side. Bypass the small drive to the substation yard and turn at the main entrance to the plant.
