| Mark your calendar for our next meeting at 6:00 - 8:30 PM, Thursday, February 28, 2008. We have invited a speaker on Arc Flash protection and will meet in the banquet room of the Spring Creek Barbecue, North Dallas, 12835 Preston Rd. (at I 635), 972-726-9002. A map is available from the Spring Creek Website.

| The chapter is pleased to announce that Bill D. Sako, P. E., and Mike A. Craiglow, P. E., have been elected Chairman and Vice Chairman of the IEEE PES Dallas Chapter. We thank them both for running for office and look forward to their inspiring leadership for the next year. Please congratulate them the next time you see them. |
