Next Meeting: Thursday, March 27, Selective Coordination of Overcurrent Devices

Terry Fender, P. E., of Cooper Bussmann, will lead us with a presentation and a discussion of Selective Coordination of Overcurrent Devices, for our March meeting. In the presentation, he plans to address such questions as, What is selective coordination? and Why coordinate?

We will meet at 6 PM, Thursday, March 27, 2008, in the banquet room of the Spring Creek Barbecue, North Dallas, 12835 Preston Rd. (at I 635 (LBJ Freeway)), 972-726-9002.

Webmaster Appointed

The chapter is pleased to announce that Stacy Carr of Dale W. Caffey Consulting Engineering, has been appointed Webmaster. Please congratulate her the next time you see her.

Officers Needed

The Dallas PES chapter is seeking volunteers for Secretary/Treasure. Please contact Bill Sako or Mike Craiglow if you are interested.

It might be of interest to you that the Texas Engineering Practice Act (1001.210(8)), allows you to count serving as an officer towards your continuing education requirements.

Certificates. This meeting is credited as one hour. You may pick up your CE certificates for IEEE meetings at the meeting.
