Summary:
John Blevins, the manager of Salt River Project's Power Quality group spoke on the topic "The State of the Industry with Regard to Power Quality." He talked a little about the history of power quality, and what SRP is doing in the Power Quality area. He showed some unique work that SRP has done in developing Power Quality Indicies which showed excellent correlation with the number of customer telephone complaints. The speaker was interesting and well spoken which combined with good participation from the attendees made for an enjoyable presentation.
