Chuck Russell has been with SRP for 28 years, the last 25 in Transmission Planning. He is a graduate of New Mexico State University with BSEE and MSEE degrees. Part of his current job duties is development of SRP's Ten Year Plan Report submission to the Arizona Corporation Commission and dissemination of that information to interested and affected parties. He's also had the opportunity to take elements of that plan through the state siting process to the point of getting the state permit to construct EHV projects.
