2009 – Present

Responsible for the power 160 Mwatt power distribution system.

Responsible for the Process control system comprised of over 130,000 IO distributed among 18 primary PLCs and 13 servers.

Manages a department of  7 engineers and leaders as well as 16 technicians.

Electrical Construction Manager at Holcim Ste Genevieve

2006 – 2009  

Responsible the $65 million electrical and controls portion of the Ste Genevieve plant construction.

Managed 400 electricians and 10 engineers in this project.

Plant Manager at Illinois Cement Company

2001 – 2005  

Responsible for all aspects of an 850,000 ton per year cement plant. Responsible for Regulatory Department, Chief Chemist, Quarry Manager, Maintenance Department, Production Department, 12 plant & terminal supervisors and 100 hourly employees. Responsibilities also included all normal Human Resources functions including hiring, worker compensation issues and personnel development.
