Dr. Thomas R. Schneider

Tom is the past chair of the IEEE-USA Energy Policy Committee and the current Chair of the IEEE Plug-In Hybrid Task Force.  In that capacity, Tom organized and ran the Symposium on September 17^th of last year titled: Plug-In Hybrids: Accelerating Progress 2007.
