ENGINEER OF THE YEAR AWARD
Congratulations to Ms. Ann Lazarski of St. Louis for being selected as the 2007 Chapter Outstanding Engineer.  A presentation to Ms. Lazarski was made at the DLP Lecture in St. Louis on April 29, 2008.

Excellence in Standards Development
The IEEE Standards Board awarded Harry Hayes of Ameren Services for excellence in standards development.  The award was presented in recognition for leadership in developing of IEEE Standard 386-2006, IEEE Standard for Separable Insulated Connector Systems for Power Distribution Systems above 600V.
